Powered by Zappar, UK glossies Company, Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar are being enriched with Augmented Reality content.
Ideally those magazines would have embedded the technology from Zappar in an application branded as their own instead of requiring the user to download Zappar first and then find the content they were looking for, but I see it as proof that printed media benefits from Augmented Reality.
